WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. police arrested an 18-year-old man for allegedly carjacking a moped in Northwest, D.C. in October 2024, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Officials said that on Oct. 13, officers responded to the report of a carjacking in the 1900 block of 14th Street. Upon police’s arrival, a person reported that they were on their moped when the man allegedly approached them and forced them off the open, officials said.
