According to the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, the Eastern Sierra Slopes are forecasted to receive between 4 and 8 inches of snow, with wind gusts reaching up to 50 mph. The warning for this area remains in effect until 4 p.m. Thursday. Meanwhile, Lincoln County and the Spring Mountains, including Red Rock Canyon, are also under warnings, with snow accumulations ranging from 2 to 14 inches depending on elevation.
