SPOKANE, Wash. — A man charged with 2 counts of vehicular homicide after a 2023 fatal crash on Trent Avenue entered a guilty plea on Wednesday and was sentenced to more than 6 years in prison.
Court documents show Kelly Dockins, 46, was leaving a business and turning to drive east on Trent Avenue when he hit an oncoming car traveling west on August 11, 2023.
The driver of the westbound car swerved in an attempt to avoid Dockins and crashed into an Avista utility truck. The two people in the car died on the scene…
