GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Multiple law enforcement officials were on scene of a SWAT standoff during a warrant service in Greenville County on Thursday afternoon.
During the incident, West Parker Road was closed between Aiken Circle and Pittman Circle.
Dispatchers said the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office was serving warrants for 34-year-old Michael Jason Whitmire, who was wanted out of both Anderson and Greenville counties.
