CHICAGO — An Illinois Lottery player has won $1 million off a scratch-off ticket bought at a gas station in Chicago.
The winning $10 lottery ticket was purchased at a Mobil gas station in the city’s West Ridge neighborhood, located at 2500 West Peterson Avenue.
