HIXSON, Tenn. — Fire destroyed a home in Hixson late Thursday night. No one was hurt.
The fire broke out at a home on the 8600 block of Freeling Varner Road a little before 11 p.m., according to a Facebook post from Dallas Bay Fire & Rescue.
Arriving firefighters found the home 50 percent consumed in intense flames.
