GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Florida Forest Service officials say now is the time to prepare for wildfires as multiple have ignited in North Central Florida in the past week.
“Now is the time to prepare for wildfires. Don’t wait until you see smoke in the air,” shared Ludie Bond, spokesperson for the Florida Forest Service Waccasassa Forestry Center.
