2 arrested in Concord on drug trafficking, firearms charges

CONCORD — Two Massachusetts men were arrested Thursday following a monthslong investigation into fentanyl and methamphetamine trafficking, according to New Hampshire State Police.

Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez, 28, of Dorchester, and Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 23, of Dedham, were taken into custody during a traffic stop in Concord at 11 a.m.

Both men face charges of controlled sales of fentanyl greater than 5 ounces and controlled sales of methamphetamine greater than 5 ounces…
