PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County is on track for a 12th year of increased assessed property value, despite back-to-back hurricanes in 2024.
County Assistant Budget Director Francine Lisby gave the County Commission an update on revenues and expenditures as part of a budget workshop Thursday.
