ROANOKE COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The Roanoke County Police Department is investigating after an inmate died early Friday at the Western Virginia Regional Jail.
Medical and security staff at the jail responded to 64-year-old Martin Scott Ransone’s cell after he was found responsive, and Roanoke County Fire EMS was contacted.
