A once trusted figure at Venice High School now stands at the center of a serious accusations, as former ROTC instructor, Frank Troxel, has been taken into custody on allegations of molesting students. According to a report by FOX 13 News, the 61-year-old faces charges of battery and ten counts of lewd and lascivious behavior after multiple students stepped forward with claims of being inappropriately touched.
Revelations have quickly to spread through the community, thrusting into light the unsettling assertions against Troxel. One student detailed an incident to the police alleging Troxel would “smack her on her buttocks when walking past her”.
