Bond: $10,000.Michael Charles Gibbons, 64, 700 block of Ironwood Drive, Venice. Charges: DUI, DUI with damage to property or person of another. Bond: $1,500.Benjamin Lee Grooms, 48, 3400 block of E. Venice Ave., Venice. Charges: possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone) without a prescription, possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond: $5,000.Audrey Jean Simms, 37, 1300 block of S. Venice Blvd., Venice. Charge: petit theft with two or more prior convictions. Bond: none.Aaron Bernard Black, 64, 200 block of Allamanda Court, Venice. Charge: driving while license suspended-habitual traffic offender. Bond: $2,500.Nicholas Michael Howard, 30, 200 block of Havana Road, Venice. Charges: possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, driving while license suspended. Bond: $3,000.
