SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Greene County woman was sentenced in court today for zip-tying a child to a porch swing in 2020.
According to court documents, Rebekah Renee Herndon, 56, of Springfield, was given a suspended sentence of five years in the Department of Corrections. This means if Herndon completes probation, the sentence may be dismissed.
