MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A man is dead after Montgomery County police said he was found shot at a Silver Spring parking lot on Saturday.
Officers with the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded to the 2700 block of Fairdale Terrace around 11 a.m., where they found a man with apparent gunshot wounds.
