BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (KPTV) – Nine abandoned dogs, including five that were dead, were found in a Battle Ground garage.
The discovery happened in November 2024, but police released details on Friday, asking people to help them find the suspect.
On Nov. 15, 2024, officers responded to a call about a home on Southwest Fifth Street, where officers smelled a strong stench coming from the garage area.
They found the abandoned dogs, five of which were dead. The four remaining dogs were severely malnourished. After being rushed to veterinary care, all four are expected to survive…
