WHITNEY, Texas (WJAR) — After announcing a search for a man, woman, and five children earlier this week, the Fitchburg Police Department announced that the missing people have been located.
According to police, Isael Rivera and Ruth Encarnacion were spotted in Whitney, Texas. The five children have also been located and are now in the custody of Texas Child Protective Services.
