ADDIS — Addis Police Officer Adam Gillis is recovering from severe injuries sustained in a January accident while off duty. The accident occurred on Belle View Drive (Hwy 75), leaving Gillis with a broken back and six fractured bones in his ankle. Three additional ankle bones were dislocated, with some crushed.
His wife, Diane Gillis, spoke to UWK about his recovery and current condition.
