GILBERTSVILLE, Pa. – Emergency crews were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident in Gilbertsville Saturday night, and it proved to be something of a first.
Montgomery County Communications confirmed an accident involving an SUV and one motorcycle occurred around 7:07 p.m. at the intersection of Philadelphia Avenue (Route 73) and Elm Street in Douglas Township.
Gilbertsville fire department says this was the first accident they have been called to that required a special plug to disconnect power to an electric vehicle such as the SUV involved in this incident…
