Menendez brothers offered new bargain in exchange for freedom after DA brands them liars and tears defense to shreds

THE Menendez brothers have been given an ultimatum to come clean about killing their parents or stay in prison from the Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman.

Hochman slammed Erik and Lyle Menendez and made no secret that he believes they should stay in prison for the shotgun murders of their parents 35 years ago at a fiery press conference on Monday.

However, Hochman then offered the brothers a way forward if they want to go free for their crimes.

The brothers have asked for a resentencing as they’re currently serving life in prison without parole for murdering their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez , in 1989…
