PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Police have identified the Providence man arrested following a serious crash at the intersection of Melrose and Gallatin streets Friday afternoon.
Kevin Ricky Reyes Perez was taken into custody and charged with reckless driving while attempting to elude and three counts of driving to endanger resulting in physical injury. He was also cited for speeding, running a stop sign, and driving without insurance.

According to the incident report, Reyes Perez was driving east on Gallatin Street in a blue Maserati when he ran a stop sign and was T-boned by a gray Lexus heading south on Melrose Street.
