Stockton’s streets have recently witnessed a significant police crackdown, leading to multiple firearm confiscations and arrests following several incidents early this month. The Stockton Police Department shared the outcomes of their increased patrol efforts in a social media post, which resulted in the apprehension of individuals suspected of gun violence and other criminal activities.
The first incident took place on the morning last Wednesday, when residents near the 1600 Block of Twelfth Street reported several shots fired. Responding officers located a related vehicle on Playa Del Sol Ave, and the interaction led to several firearms being discovered. Arrested were 21-year-old Eulalio Ramirez, 18-year-old Christian Ayala, and 19-year-old Jose Garcia-Salcedo, each facing weapon charges and assault with a deadly weapon.
