PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A sign of warmer days ahead: The Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn released tickets for the 2025 tulip festival on Monday.
The Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm announced its first tulip bloom on March 5. The festival is tentatively scheduled to begin on March 21 and end on April 27, but dates could change due to weather and bloom conditions.

“Our earliest variety, park dreamway, has started to bloom,” the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm wrote on social media. “We’re still looking at a field of green but excited for more blooms ahead.”
The farm’s tulip bloom is behind compared to 2024, due to January and February’s cold and stormy weather. The farm will rerelease more concrete festival dates on March 15 — March 20 is the first day of spring.
