HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Two women accused of starving to death a 3-year-old girl will not be allowed to post bail.
During a hearing Monday, Judge Ronald Johnson ordered that Janae Perez, 26, and Ashleigh Utley, 34, continue to be held without bail.
