NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is searching for 29-year-old Marlon Castellanos Munoz, who is accused of cutting off his court-ordered ankle monitoring device and fleeing, according to the Assured Supervision Accountability Program.
Munoz is wanted by the New Orleans Police Department for his court case in Orleans Parish. He faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and indecent behavior with a juvenile under 17.
