Norman Schools announce childcare for staff

NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – Norman officials on Tuesday, revealed the launch of a new affordable childcare program for its staff set to begin August 2025.

According to school officials, the program offers early childhood education for children of active NPS employees who are expecting a child or have a child younger than four years old before Sept. 1, 2025.

“We are excited to offer this new childcare program for our NPS staff,” said Ann Rosales, Director of Elementary Teaching and Learning for Norman Public Schools. “This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting our employees and their families, providing them with an affordable and high-quality childcare option that fosters growth and development for our youngest learners. We believe this program will create a positive and nurturing environment that helps families thrive both at home and at work.”
