FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Two separate crashes have stalled traffic on northbound I-69 in northern Allen County Tuesday morning.
One crash, which involved a vehicle carrying diesel fuel, happened around 8 a.m. at the 318-mile marker just north of Union Chapel Road.
