LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – FOX5 has learned more about the former assistant principal facing multiple charges related to sexual misconduct and kidnapping.
According to the arrest report, on Feb 25, a Clark County School District employee reported Hearley Smith, 54, after they saw a suspicious incident with a student in his office.
The employee allegedly tried to enter Smith’s office when he attempted to quickly block the door, then pretended to sneeze while fixing his pants, and then saw the student fixing their pants as well…
