OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — There are new developments in the case of a now-fired Department of Human Services employee accused of kidnapping a child. The suspect, Xander Faison, is now blaming the whole thing on an alternate personality.
Police said the crime started to unfold back in December after Faison took a call at DHS from the baby’s mother.

Court papers said her alternate personality named “Phoenix” was worried about the health of the baby.
