SPARTNABURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office reports that four suspects were arrested following a vehicle chase ending in a neighborhood.
Deputies said they saw a black Honda Accord with an expired tag with four occupants traveling on New Cut Road.
