Wye, Ark. (KATV) — The Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival, a tradition for over 47 years, is in full bloom once again in the South.
This year, the festival has been extended for an additional week due to a late bloom, offering visitors more time to enjoy the natural state blooms.
Carrie Kessler, a festival organizer, said, “Because the flowers were a little late blooming, we extended it to the third weekend. So we’re still open this weekend, and at least Sunday, we’re going to be allowing picking so that’s always an exciting time for people to come out.”…
