BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Sheriff Rene Thibodeaux reports that the body of the missing person from the recent vehicle submersion near the Mississippi River levee has been recovered.
At 6:18 PM, the Sheriff received a call from a neighbor, who spotted what may have been the victim. The Sheriff and his team, along with local search and rescue units, responded and confirmed it was the missing individual. Recovery was completed at 7:18 PM…
