CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A petition has been started to request all Virginia playgrounds near any body of water or roadways be fenced after a 3-year-old girl was found dead in a Chesapeake lake.
Around 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 28, police responded to a report of a missing child at Oak Grove Lake Park.
