PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A person is dead after a single-car crash in the East Columbia Neighborhood near Delta Park, Portland police announced Thursday night.
The crash took place just before 7 p.m. on North Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard at North Union Court.
