AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – Summit County is organizing a Clean Slate expungement clinic on Saturday, allowing for some residents with juvenile records to close said records for good.
“We absolutely see this as a second chance,” said Summit County Prosecutor Elliot Kolkovich.
