CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Near-record warmth in Cincinnati precedes a significant storm system this weekend.
Temperatures were expected to reach 80 degrees on Friday, matching the record set in 1990. But strong to severe storms are headed to the area on Saturday.
The first round of storms is expected between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m., particularly affecting areas west of Cincinnati. A weakening line of storms could still produce isolated severe wind gusts, especially in Indiana counties west of I-75.
