Phoenix has narrowed its list of potential leaders for its police department.
Four finalists for police chief, including Interim Chief Michael Sullivan, were announced Friday. The other three candidates hold leadership positions in local and out-of-state departments: Phoenix police Assistant Chief Ed DeCastro, Mesa police Assistant Chief Ed Wessing and Oakland police Deputy Chief Casey Johnson.
