Smyrna man connected to dog’s death on I-575 turns himself in, marshal’s office says

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man turned himself in to authorities after being connected to a dog’s death on I-575, according to the Cherokee County Marshal’s Office.

Alfredo Seirotti, a 44-year-old from Smyrna, went to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center on Friday. His charges include abandonment of a dead animal, improper disposal of a dead animal and giving a false statement…
