SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. — Moderate to heavy rain impacted the Thursday morning commute across San Diego County. This wet weather was coupled with strong gusty winds making driving conditions hazardous and trees susceptible to falling due to the saturated ground.
The activity became more isolated late Thursday afternoon into the evening and looks to stay that way overnight. Due to the rainy conditions from a couple of storm systems this week, most of the county picked up more than an inch of rainfall.
