The company, founded by brothers and James Beard nominees Mike and Jeffrey Mastro, along with their father Dennis Mastro and business partner Scott Troilo, recently announced on its website that it will open a new location in San Diego sometime in 2025. While there has been no mention of where the restaurant will land, many theories are circulating in local community blogs. This announcement proves impressive for the Mastro family, considering the company recently announced plans to open a location in Irvine later this year.
Customers can expect a high-end menu with 28-day wet-aged USDA Prime steaks, including ribeye, filet mignon, and New York strip, all cooked in a 1,500-degree broiler and served on 450-degree plates.
