PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A reported crash into a power pole outside of Gresham City Hall left nearly 2,000 people without power late Friday evening, officials said.
Just after 10:30 p.m., Portland General Electric reported 1,857 customers experiencing outages.
