FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead in a busy roadway in Downtown Fresno Saturday evening, the California Highway Patrol announced.
According to CHP, just before 8 p.m. they responded to reports of a person lying in the middle of the onramp from Golden State Boulevard onto northbound Highway 99.
