Nearly 500 behavioral health workers laid off in Colorado

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) – Nearly 500 behavioral health workers in Colorado have been laid off.

According to the Colorado Sun, nurses, therapists, and cleaning staff have lost their jobs after a psychiatric hospital move in northern Colorado and two hospital closures, including West Springs Hospital in Grand Junction.
