Severe storms and possible tornadoes impacted our area on Saturday, and now we deal with the aftermath while awaiting updates from the National Weather Service as they survey the damage. I hope you’re all doing okay and ready for a quieter, more settled week ahead.
Today’s Forecast: Expect highs in the 60s, with a few spots reaching the low 70s. It will be breezy, with winds at 10-15 mph and occasional gusts up to 25 mph. Skies will be partly cloudy today, clearing out late tonight as we head into Monday.
Looking Ahead: Monday will be sunny but cold to start, with morning temperatures dropping into the 30s. Be sure to grab a sweater or jacket before heading to work or taking the kids to school. The afternoon will be milder, with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.
Midweek Rain Chances: Our next chance for rain arrives Wednesday with a weak front. Expect a 40% chance of showers, increasing to 60% in the second half of the day. Thursday looks dry but cooler, with morning lows in the upper 30s to low 40s and highs struggling to reach the low 60s.
