A Cobb police officer was killed and two others were seriously injured in a Friday afternoon wreck.
The wreck occurred on GA 6 at Brushy Mountain Road in Paulding County, shortly after 2:30 p.m., according to the Georgia State Patrol.
Cobb Police Officer Anthony Cantoral, on a black Kawasaki motorcycle, was traveling in the westbound right lane of GA 6, approaching Brushy Mountain, when he reportedly collided with a white Toyota Tacoma.
