Georgia teen missing more than a year found to be in custody of Tennessee child services authorities under alias

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police in Gwinnett County on Monday announced that a teenager who’d been missing more than a year was found safe — and had been living in the custody of Tennessee child services authorities under an alias.

The development brings resolution and relief to a missing child case that had been active since February 2024, but raises new questions.
