Couple charged in 2023 southeast Indianapolis crash that killed 20-year-old man

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man and woman are facing charges for their alleged roles in a deadly crash on the southeast side of Indianapolis in December 2023.

More than a year after the crash, a grand jury indicted Bradley Woods on 21 charges, including failure to remain at the scene of an accident resulting in death or serious bodily injury, OWI causing death or serious bodily injury, reckless homicide and criminal recklessness. Twelve of the counts are felonies.
