Alexandria Rochelle Carvalho, 36, of Acworth, is accused of entering an Acworth residence and stealing the victim’s 13-year-old tri-colored beagle on March 10 at 2:40 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Carvalho, who has “an ownership interest” in the residence with the victim, sent the victim a message stating that she had taken his dog. She refused to answer phone calls or text messages from the victim, then called the victim from a blocked number and said that if he contacted the police that she would kill the dog. This all occurred while the victim was away on military duty in Florida, according to the warrant.
Carvalho is charged with theft by taking – greater than $1,500. She was arrested on March 11 at 2 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
