APD investigating Unser deadly hit and run

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque police are looking for information about a car involved in a deadly hit-and-run Sunday night in northwest Albuquerque. APD says a white truck, most likely a 2015 to 2019 GMC or a Chevy, was traveling southbound on Unser near I-40 when it hit a pedestrian in the center lane of traffic.

The driver took off. According to police, the truck should have extensive damage to the driver’s side bumper and fog lamps. If anyone has any information about the truck or the fatal crash, they’re asked to call 242-COPS.
