TOLEDO, Ohio — A Holland man was convicted Monday in an October hit-and-run crash that killed an 86-year-old woman in central Toledo.
Antonio Lockett, 45, withdrew his previous plea of not guilty in Lucas County Common Pleas Court and pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of failure to stop after an accident. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 9.
According to Toledo Police, Lockett was arrested and charged on Oct. 20 for driving a vehicle that struck and killed 86-year-old Gloria Everett while she was walking in the parking lot of the Monroe Street Carryout near the 2800 block of Monroe Street…
