Blizzard Conditions Possible With Next Storm System Heading into Nebraska

LINCOLN–(KFOR Mar. 18)–A major storm system working out into the central plains has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a blizzard warning from 7am Wednesday until 10pm Wednesday for much of central and eastern Nebraska, including Lincoln and Lancaster County.

Anywhere from 4 to 5 inches of snow in the Lincoln area is possible, with strong winds between 45 to 60 mph possible with this storm system. Most of the heavier snow fall will stay north of Interstate 80.
